Drill: an instruction got through
Abstract
A drill for the day an injected instruction gets further than it should: pull the kill switch, revoke every grant, trace the turn from the record including what was refused, and close it only when the exact attack is a test that must be refused.
Every incident ends with one more thing the system refuses by construction.

Declared limits
- The drill is generic and does not describe a real incident.
- Generic and illustrative throughout: the behaviour is shown, the internals of the systems it is drawn from are not.
